Do you take insurance?
No, we are a private-pay practice; however, we provide a superbill that you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you accept Step Up/Gardiner?
Yes, we are approved Step Up providers, but we do not accept direct payment; families pay for sessions and submit for reimbursement.
Where do you provide treatment?
We offer services in your home, daycare, and schools throughout Miami-Dade County, including North Miami and Miami Beach, as well as Broward County, including Hollywood and Cooper City.
I was referred to Mera or Karen—why am I assigned another therapist?
Karen and Mera oversee all therapists and cases, perform evaluations, and ensure each child is matched with the best-fit provider.
What diagnoses and challenges do you support?
We support children with a wide range of diagnoses and developmental needs, including prematurity, autism, developmental delays, dyslexia, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, feeding challenges, fine motor difficulties, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), torticollis, sensory processing challenges, learning differences, and more. We focus on each child’s unique strengths and needs rather than only their diagnosis.
How do I know if my child would benefit from therapy?
We begin with a 45-minute evaluation at home or school, including observation, parent input, and formal and informal assessments.
How long are therapy sessions?
All treatment sessions are 45 minutes.
How do I access a superbill?
Your invoice is set up as a superbill and can be accessed via email or through your parent portal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card and ACH payments through the parent portal.

What is your cancellation policy?
We appreciate 24-hour notice for cancellations whenever possible. We understand that children can become sick unexpectedly and ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can do our best to avoid a full session charge.
What age groups do you work with?
We work with children of all ages, from infancy through adolescence.
